Final #5 (2D video game programmed in Java)


Here is the 2D Video Game I created using GreenLeaf.  It was actually a fun exercise and i learned a lot about Java.  the first video i watched was Classes and objects.I downloaded the Hedgehog world.


JoC #3: Classes and objects



Added more hedgehogs and an apple.  I found that once you place an animal you can press the shift button to add more animals more quickly.

FINAL 5a: Greenfoot JoC #4 Finally some code!

This is where is started to get more interesting.  I downloaded the turtle world.  I started to code the turtle game.

JoC #25: JoC #25: Dealing with errors.

In this exercise i learned how to deal with errors.  this was very helpful in regards to my final game.  Its a great reference to see where i went wrong in my code.

In this exercise we learned all about if statements.  This is action is very important when creating a game in green leaf.

JoC #7: Lettuce is good for you!

In this exercise , i learned how to direct turtles to eat lettuce by  using the if statements.

JoC #9: Snakes on a plane

In this exercise, we had to add another animal in the world, which were snakes.

 In this exercise i thought it was the best one.  I had to incorporate an image of my self and the image our professor gave us.

This is a final exercise where we used Java to learn source coding at a basic level. It is a final exercise from the Immersive Education course that I am taking at Boston College.
